Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) 

Fenugreek seeds are the dried seeds of the plant Trigonella foenum-graecum, widely used in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines. They have a distinctive slightly bitter, nutty flavour and a rich aroma.

Fenugreek seeds are commonly used in curries, dals, pickles, spice blends, and a variety of savoury dishes. When lightly roasted, they develop a warm, aromatic flavour.
